VisualGest, in keeping with its business policy of providing its clients with the most appropriate management program for the fundamental characteristics of each sector, has developed a series of functions for establishments or chains of establishments in the dry cleaning, clothing repair, laundry or related sectors.
VisualGest has based these functions as a sectoral configuration of the standard version, in order to provide maximum guarantees in its operation, as well as to always incorporate any technological advance in the shortest possible time, through our update policy.
VisualGest has designed this sectorization so that it can be used in a very easy and fast way, by keyboard or through touch screens (highly recommended), and optical readers (optional). Its main functions are:
- Note on garments received, type of service per garment, type of finish, color, or any other comment you wish ("oil stains, tears,...").
- Possibility of controlling composite garments (example, suit consisting of trousers and jacket).
- Indication of delivery date (for specific dates or for n days).
- Optional annotation of the client's name and details.
- Sum of total garments ordered.
- Making as many labels as garments or sub-garments received.
- Collections on account or in full upon receipt.
- Issuance of duplicate ticket and receipt (establishment and customer) with: control number (optional barcode), customer name/address and telephone number, delivery date, details of garments, finishes, etc., as well as proof of partial or full payment.
Upon delivery:
- Reading the barcode or manual of the ticket delivered to the reception.
- Presentation of the order on screen (with its physical location, if noted at the end of the last process).
- Full or partial delivery (issuance of a new receipt, if partial).
- Full or partial collection (remainder), depending on whether you opted to receive it.
Regardless of the collection and delivery functions described above, VisualGest allows us to:
- Sale of other products associated with the sector (dyes, buttons, etc.).
- Access to documents and their status from any terminal, if applicable.
- Lists of pending orders (receptions) by number, receipt date, expected delivery date (workload) and client.
- Control of garments delivered to third parties (carpets, furs, etc.).
- Convenient and quick search for orders or any other information on the screen.
- Consult service history for any claim or other needs.
- Cash reconciliations, collections and payments on account, customer balances.
- Sales statistics for different services, products, customers, etc.
- Extensive management of purchases of materials to be used and/or complementary items for sale.
- Warehouse control, stock.
- Control tape management.
- Possibility of establishing control of consumption of materials per service performed.
- Management of special clients with billing by week, month, etc.
