VisualGest, in keeping with its business policy of providing its clients with the most appropriate management program for the fundamental characteristics of each sector, has developed a series of functions for establishments or chains of establishments of any size in the food sector such as: supermarkets, fruit shops, butcher shops, frozen foods, wine cellars, dietetics or any other similar specialty.
VisualGest has based these functions as a sectoral configuration of the standard version, in order to provide maximum guarantees in its operation, as well as to always incorporate any technological advance in the shortest possible time, through our update policy.
VisualGest has designed this sectorization so that it can be used very easily and quickly, using a keyboard, optical readers or touch screens (depending on each case and/or section).
Main functions:
- Quick sale of any item through barcode readers. Utilities such as code and number of units (12 bottles of milk).
- Quick sale via keyboard with short codes (or touch screen) for the most common items.
- Multiple barcodes per item. Fast item search, with or without touch screen.
- Sale of weighed items on the spot with cash scales: (self-service: fruit, olives, etc.).
- Sale of items from scales (item/weight, section/amount).
- Synchronization with scales (see models).
- Possibility of selling liquids in bulk
- Rapid price changes. Promotional prices and/or discounts between dates. Pack sales.
- Issuance of item and shelf labels.
- Issuing quick tickets at the end of the sale. Sales at rest if necessary.
- Receiving and recording customer orders. Issuing invoices and/or delivery notes for customers with open accounts.
- Summation of total items per sales document.
- Acceptance of as many payment methods as required for each sale…
- Detailed cash counts by payment method.
- Quick reception of merchandise from a supplier (self-sales), central or another store.
- Capture inventory, replenishment orders or others, using portable terminals (optional).
- Emergency system in case of server failures. See final warning for some establishments.
- Management of control tape and incident recording.
Regardless of the sales management functions described above, VisualGest allows us to:
- Extensive purchasing management.
- Control of warehouse/s and stock of any product.
- Lists and statistics of all activity: by items, families, between dates, etc.
- Optionally: more advanced sales information by time slots, days of the week, weeks, months, etc., as well as by payment methods or others.
- VisualGest can be installed both in individual establishments and in companies with several of them, either owned or franchised. For this purpose, VisualGest has a complete central management system with automated communications.
